TF_carpcruncherParticipantPete , it depends on what package is with it. I think Nigel harry has just sold his for £1600. This had around 18 top 3 kits with it , and I imagine , 3 long 4’s and 3 short 4’s , a sphex section. It does not matter if its 3rd hand it depends also on the condition.

TF_CutnutSo what made Nigel part with this ‘pole of a lifetime’ then?
Is there yet another pole of a lifetime coming out?

TF_Waveney OneWatched two minutes of it and I am now feeling extremely dizzy!!
I am sure that if I watched it to the end he gets better but I think I would have fallen off the chair before then!

TF_One Out of the Frame<Really impressed!
Sad to see yet another angler leaving the sport though.
Hopefully, Nigel will post on here to let us know when he is racing. I, for one, would love to go and lend my support.
Good luck mate!

TF_Nigel.Thanks lads.
I raced biked for 10 years when i was younger, Moto X, Speedway and grasstrack, to a national level, and gave up as county champion to buy a house!I fancy another go at racing, but too old for bikes, so fancy a go at car racing. I have bought a competitive F1 stock car, and have started practising ready for next season.
I will still continue to run matches as i do, i just wont be fishing matches like i have done previous years.
I can fish till i die, but if i want to have ago at this, i need to do it now before i get any older,
‘If i dont do it now, i never will!’
