Elinor is on top form with a large number of 4lb+ fish being caught, especially to bank anglers.
On windy days lures have taken good bags but on calmer days, small nymphs and dries have worked better in the incredibly clear water.
Decent hatches of small black buzzers on most days. Size 14 and 16 have been the best to use.
Nearly all fish have been caught in the top 2 foot.
Bank fishing is more productive than boats apart from on flat calm days when the fish have moved out further.
Elinor is open for boat and bank fishing until December 31st.
