Love some feed back on these.

        Tricast 10’6″/11’6″ Pellet rod

are they ok for all sizes of carp?

        Cheers in advance.

Don’t worry about the size of fish these rods will handle. You can just lean back and wind on big fish but they have a softness in the top which gives a bit with F1’s etc. They’ve got an amazing action for such a slim blank.

These rods are completely different from a lot of the cheaper two piece rods on the market. I’ve used at least 3 other brands of PW rod and they’ve all been very good for the price but there is a definate difference. I have the 11’6″/12’6″ rods as well because a lot of my waggler work is done on bigger waters. One of the most impressive things is you never notice when the extension piece is fitted. The action is exactly the same. It just depends on the venues you frequent.

The most amazing piece of kit I have ever owned in my opinion ~clap

I have the 10’6″/11’6″ PW, the 8′ carp wand, the 9′ feeder and the 13′ JA float rod.

As a self confessed Tri-cast fan I love them, the action on the pellet waggler (which was my first TC rod purchase after being very impressed with their landing net handles) is superb as Dave says.

The first fish on it was an 8lb + carp and I was waiting for the bang as it pulled and lunged all the way to the net but the blank absorbed it all and could take much more.

Teamed up with a TDR it is a dream to cast and use all day, so thin and light, highly recommended.
