  Total-Fishing.com is pleased to announce Bryan Andrews as the lucky winner of our Hillbilly Floats competition.
  Bryan identified that the stem material used by Neil â€˜Hillbillyâ€™ Powell in the manufacture of his HB Shallow Paste floats is glass (fibreglass).
  
  Bryan wins TWENTY hand-made floats of his choice from the extensive Hillbilly Floats range which can be viewed at http://www.hillbillyfloats.co.uk .
  
  The runner up, who wins ten floats of his choice from the range, is Roger Durham.
  
  Many thanks to Neil Powell for his generous sponsorship of the competition.
