        Hello map pole users.
        I am looking for a new pole I went to one of the tackle shops I use that has a pole alley picked up a MAP 525 and was impressed light and very stiff compared to the other poles on view only the daiwa tourament was stiffer and 3X THE PRICE there was certainly more droop on the G20 I asked about the 625 and was told they do not stock it because they regard it as the same pole as the 525 with extra top kits now here is the question is there any difference between the 2 poles have map sacrified stength to make a rigid and light weight pole.I originally went in the shop to have a waggle of the G20.

          I don’t know what the difference is,, but I can say is that for 30 quid you can get a power kit and for 40 you can get a match top 3. I have a tks 30 and love it, also spares are reasonably cheap as well

            ive got the 625 now and nothings been sacrificed, i go with what AdzT says…cheap top kits and spares, the tourny pro tarts will be along soon to knock it but you wont be disapointed
