I had 33lb odd which for me is brilliant at Cross Drove, I just cannot get to grips with the place. Fished away from the pads as there was Jim Barrowman opposite fishing the other end of them. Big F1’s, tiny skimmers and one decent bream on pellet but bites were very hard to hit, tiny skimmers or even tinier F1’s I think. He must have stocked some more F1’s as well as I had 3 about 2 or 3 ounces each, pretty little fish.

Pellets, cat meat or if you want to fish it worm and caster is the way to go. Corn can work if you have an island to fish to I was told.
