i use the T175s as well, for a good strong eyed hook i would try the fox series 2 hooks allthough they are not the same…
as for the Maryuku products, well my local tackle shop stocked up with all the stuff with numbers on 100 101 102 etc etc lol
i tried the krill stuff on my maggots and i actully thought it made it worse! the lad in the next peg battered me using normal maggots!

all the stuff in my local is all now half price cos he cant shift it!

spotter there is no dought that maryuku is good produced BUT i haven’t seen anyone running away with victories just because they use maryuku knorr do you see other manufactures of G/B running away either theses days
VDE and SENSAS hit the market at just the right time and had very little competition we worked with sensas on the development side for the UK market the french when into great depths to show us how to use it and it worked for serve years untill everyone was doing it i still go down those lines every now and again but the rivers have changed and run very clear now so we have move into the blackened off G/B market to see if we can get a edge once again

if you look at today’s market there must be 20 G/B companies all fighting for a slice of the market,at the moment i think maryuku is unaffordable to the average angler where as other companies are now reducing prices.

but i’m not convinced !! if they had a angler that was winning everything such as John dean in his hay day then you’d have to say it was the bait~naughty ~naughty but all john used was bronzed up maggots and won from areas of the trent where most didn’t want to draw it was all about the presentation and i think that goes with the commercial anglers today ~clap ~clap
i know commercial anglers have little secrets but i’m not sure its maryuku ~think ~think
if the bait was brilliant then i would expect anglers like steve ringer ,rob wootton to be using them

You should be asking what else do maryuku produce only i heard about some hooks, paste ones extremely sharp and very exspensive that a certain float guru was trying to get of a certain fishery owner but he only had one left lol sorry about the secrecy comments but i only have small ears lol

Ive been using the 131 g-bait for fishing over in the margins for big fish.

It really does work.

It seems to p[ull in more fish and hold them there for longer! IMO.

tried the paste mix last season I could not catch with it I tried it when the trusty swim stym was working and it was far slower than the green stuff I used it in trail sessions and really wanted to catch with it I have wrote it off now so my paste fishing which I like is down to swim stym and my own mix. well marketed but not for me

It’s over priced at the very least, and as for environmentally friendly….just how it can claim to be environmentally friendly when its made on the other side of the world and flown to the UK is beyond me!!

I think, along with the hype, it’s designed to catch more anglers than it will catch you more fish. I will give the krilled maggots a go, I don’t think it’s the be all and end all of bait, but it gives another chink in the margin armoury and it’s something different at the moment that might catch more fish. Also gonna try the sengai, again not because it’s the be all and end all, but just something different as an additive to corn. meat, etc.

But if the maryuku stuff was the be all and end all of bait, why hasn’t ringer switched, why has will raison not left sensas, scotthorne not switched to it, des shipp not gone from sonu, etc. It’s just another bait, at a silly price, that has marketed itself as expensive cause it’s all that! A clever marketing ploy IMO!!

it wont be expensive for long,shops i know are almost giving it away due to no one buying it,everyone who used it said it was a load of rubbish
