ollivettes

  At what weight of float do you change from ordinary shot to ollivettes. I prefer to use stotz but as the float gets larger the shotting looks untidy all advice gratfully recieved.~think ~think ~think

  i will start from .4g on punch and bloodworm rigs if fishing on or just off bottom no point taking 5 seconds longer to get down each put in it could be a extra 5 fish in time waiting when it is on the cards for a lot of fish
  if its slow goung ill use a stagered bulk or spread my droppers out more and push the ollivet up

  as a general rule ichange for floats from 1g upwards.

  stotz on everything up to .5gr and then olivettes with droppers after that but to be honest the places i fish a .7gr is a heavy rig for me.
