my transporters gone up with direct line, but they still seem to be at least £100 pound cheaper than the rest, and mines only insured for personal use

second the post office, they had the best deal for my berlingo. It was £50 cheaper direct from their website than with the comparison website where i got the original quote aswel, so bear this in mind if your using them

I’ve always had superb service, cover and advice from a broker that I used to use when I lived in Walsall:

                      Pennington Insurance 0121 5576728

Don’t let the crap website put you off, you could save ££££’s!

And remember to let them know that Mark from Hyper Car Leasing gave you their number.

The answer is that NO-ONE can say that one company will be cheaper than another unless they live in the same house as you or next door as EVERY postcode district gives different prices for the same vehicles.
I have been looking for insurance myself and on moving 4 miles last year, my insurance doubled overnight on the same vehicles, and on looking for insurance this year, the postcode I live in now (quiet area of Leicester) is twice the price of the last address (4 miles away in Wigston & next door to a rowdy pub!) & 250% more than it would be back in Huntingdon (50 miles away). All details are the same other than the address & postcode. One company could be cheaper on one address but be more expensive than one of the other companies on another address.

Only thing that you can do is to ring around as many as you can and forget the price comparison sites (who are more expensive than directly on every quote I have had).
