                        Don’t want to p**s on your strawberries mate but Trewaters is definitely not a place to get excited about, I think we get carried away thinking that because it’s linked to Whiteacres its all wonderful. Don’t get me wrong I was down there early May and loved it and will be back next year deffo, but Trewaters did not do it for me.

                              To be fair Treswaters is much improved and if bites are what you are after its a cracking venue. Admittedly the fish in there are mostly on the small side but there are some surprises to be had and there seems to be a lot more Carp in there compared to what there used to be. Also if its pegged every other peg as in the main festivals its relatively fair with most pegs capable of a decent weight.

                                90lb odd won tuesday’s match and good back up weights, cant be that bad. Still i’ll find out on Tuesday.

                                Im in C Section, Trelawey 1st day, cant wait.

                                  Have to disagree with draw bag and agree with steve cracking venue loads bites and lots of fish to all methods really enjoyed fishing there and cant wait to go back.
