        How are you lot putting avatars on your posts? My add picture is greyed out.

          goto user control panel .(its the white banner above the black one ) then the second tab [profile] then edit avatar from the lefthand side list.

          there should be a square with a tickbox (delete) and a option too browse your harddrive for a suitable image 50px X 50px (rather small)

          if you can ,put a tick in the tick box then save ,[submit] then go back and hit the browse and see if you can upload one .
