Got a few matches coming up at Woodlands.
Would like the low down on the following lakes-
        (baits, depths, methods, etc etc)

        Mallard
        Swallow
        DragonFly
        Curlew.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

        Cheers

It is 15ft deep at the end of your top kit on all lakes, you need to fish sliding float and double 15mm strawberry boilie on a hair rig. Good luck

usually long pole to the islands with pellet or meat. some pegs require 19m though so take a short method rod if you are on a wide part of the lakes or are on a gap between the islands.

Should be able to catch on .16mm hooklenghts to a sotftish elastic to give u some scope when manouvering the pole around.

If using pellet I’d try to catch on banded 6 or 8mm as they are much more robust and its a pain shipping in 16m plus with nothing on if your bait has come off!

maybe worth a go for skimmers down the middle with micros and expanders.
