        Fishing on the canal at Longford(Woodhouse), any info please, we are pegged on the car park end. I have fished the “Pools head end” does it fish the same?.

              pretty much similar mick , some small carp and some big lumps in there.

              reedbeds on far bank if you can reach with the pole , margins can work in last hour or two.

              the end of the new island won last years match with approx 50-60 lb

              bridge pegs can be good too.

              you aint looking for lots of bites but they can be good fish so you can do a good weight in the last hour or two

              usual baits like corn/pellet/paste/meat etc
