match lake ?..first lake on the left hand side as you go in…method peli wag and a paste pole line best bets..first few pegs is quite explanatory..you’ll see why..open water fish short with paste can work well…lots of fish and a few barny’s to be had..best lake there imhop.. 😉

oh..race track..fish the stick ups and the over hanging stuff on the far side though last time i was there a lot of ot had been cut back but made snags, pellet paste and meat and corn for baits…end pegs might dominate but not always(angler depending) also the bottom of the far shelf can be a good bet and near shelf..some pegs are quite high up so a platform can come in handy.. mostly all pole work..but the key to this lake is holding the fish and keeping them interested as they do tend to drift..luckily most of the catfish have been taken out but there could be still the odd one left 😮

Thanks for the info. How wide and deep is the lake? Do the fish tend to come into the margins? Finally what are normally the winning weights?

13mtr wide in places..perhaps 14 ish..depth wise around 5-6ft ish..not fished it for a while but weight wise a ton perhaps…fish run to around 4-6lb..but be warned they do like the far bank snag pits..the closer you can get them the better… 😉
