        As per title, has anybody been on the river here recently? if so, hows it fishing for barbel as my friend and i are thinking about coming down on monday. Is it low and if so, whats the best bait whenits like that, i’m told maggots and hemp! anyone got differnt views would be appreciated.

          Linley has been producing decent bags of chub and barbel in matches you would have to ask locally for the pegs. I saw that a couple of matches were won with maggot early on in the season, but pellet seems to have been better lately.

            plenty off barbel being caught at bewdley on the K.D.A.A.waters,but the river is now very low and clear,and they are in certain area,s.also you can get dat ticket,s for this water on the bank.£5
