  i see there are no floating baits does this include sub surface pop ups,dont want to break any rules as we are going down for a couple of practice sessions as i havent been to makins for years,cheers andy.

  My understanding from Jon Arthur is, that anything that floats on top of the water that is a bait whether it be on a hook/hair-rig or fed is banned. I would expect this rule to apply to the tactic of striking off baits that will end up floating as well. As this would in my view constitute feeding floaters.
  
  I know some try to get round this by feeding casters and claiming innocence when 90% of them float 😡

  still dont know wether i can fish popped up boilies,bread etc.anyone from matchfishing who can shed some light on this,cheers andy.

  If it’s sub surface then by understanding is that it’s not FLOATING 😀
