I fished there yesterday & was talking to alan, one of the baliffs. I asked him about a couple of things that i had heard & this is the low down.
1). Matches on the RESERVOIR will continue for the rest of 2011 & into 2012 (these are booked), after this the question of matches will be reviewed; (the fish are becoming too big to be kept in a keepnet for 5hours).
2). Paste IS NOT banned.
3).Fish have NOT been removed from Woodside Pond.
Incidently the match served up a 230lbs odd (Bramley Lake) & 2x170lbs odd(Reservoir & Nicks) as the top 3.
