  Hi, can any one tell me how to tie this knott.Ive been making a loop with a smaller one inside it ,wrapping the line through five or six times and pulling tight, After two or three pellets the line becomes fraid even though im using good quality line.

  im tying it the same but i only pass the line through 4 times
  never had a problem with the line fraying though
  what do you use to open back up the lasso out of intrest?

  Hi Smed , i just open it with a baiting needle then wider with the stem of my disgorger.

  ok maybe you are damaging the line with the needle or disgorger??
  i use a nozzle off a silicone tube that hasnt been cut back, as its smooth plastic it wont damage the line, its very easy to push into the loop and as you slide it up the nozzle it opens it up nicely..
  also i find it easier with my fat fingers lol!

  I use a loop with a float stop in to hold the pellet in place like on the Middy ones you can buy. If I use a knot them I use a pellet bander to open the loop.
