        Hi all.
        I decided to take the plunge and sell my Preston rods which i loved and bought a Tournament 10/11ft bomb rod….at £250it was ouch….BUT….wow…by far the best thing since sliced bread.
        Now i want a Waggler rod but it seems they only do a 12ft….will this cope with the high demands of pellet wag fishing.

          yes mate!! dont be put off by its lightness,ive had some right lumps on it,in a word its “awesome”

            Depends what you want to use it for and distance needed . Trouble with the Tournament 12ft is it’s great up to medium sized pellet waggs , I.E 6SSG but if you want to start slinging around splashers and big wags your pushing your luck.

            Having had the privledge of spending time with Will Raison at Gold Valley he now uses 10th TDR pellet waggler if it not to big a chuck , can comfortably chuck to the ropes down the middle or he will use an 11 ft theory for big wagglers , bagging wagglers and splashers .

              I would wait till the new daiwa rods come out, I hear they have dropped the spectron, so could be a few ringer rods???
