I am going to WA on 5/11, and expect it to be cold. 🙁
I have never been there at this time of year, and would like some advice.
I like to fish Python (wide pegs 15-17) and Sycamore, when I have been in sept/oct like to fish worm / corn on the short pole – will this still work when cold?

        HELP please
        thanks
        ray

Ray the fishing at White Acres during the winter is fantastic! Worm and caster, worm caster and groundbait are normally the boss baits but corn does work. On some lakes you can still catch short and take some huge silver nets. Have a look through my blog on Fishing4Fun there is loads on winter fishing at WA, hope you enjoy the fishing.
