TF_geepsterParticipantSome users (me included) are experiencing issues logging in using Firefox… the dreaded spinning wheel. My web man thinks this might be a clash with AVG anti virus. Anyway, there’s no problem with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome to my knowledge – I use Chrome all the time these days….
You can download Google Chrome here:

TF_rik_jI’m a Drupal developer myself, and I’ve experienced poor/old cookies to be a potential cause of log in problems in the past.
In the sessions-table in the database, delete all entries related to the uid in question, as this will force Drupal to set a new cookie next time the user want to login. This has fixed the login issue for me, more than once.

admin-old-craigThe login for this site uses phpbb and Drupal, it uses the Drupal login system as a slave. You can actually log in via Drupal or phpbb, they both trigger the login mechanisms for each system at the same time. It’s a caveat of having the phpbb forum embedded the way it is.
That said, sessions get deleted every 8 days on their own, so if it is a session issue it should right itself. The other thing to try is to clear the cookies on the browser itself, this will force new sessions open.
IIRC in Firefox you go to Options > Security > Delete Individual Cookies, then find total-fishing.com in the list and clear cookies.
It’s a difficult one for me to track down, as it’s not something I can easily replicate, but i’m pretty sure if it is an issue, it won’t be Firefox specific.
All bug reports happily received anyway, as always, the more information I have the easier it is to figure out!

TF_geepsterParticipantI’ve cleared the Cookies – there’s no option to clear any individual site’s cookies there…
Didn’t work – still getting spinning wheel of doom.

Can you try and clear the cookies:
Home > Settings > Safari > Click ‘Clear Cookies’
Let me know if that doesn’t help.

TF_eddiecrosbyConnecting to this site uses Drupal and phpbb, it uses the Drupal login system as a slave. You can actually connect via Drupal and phpbb, they both trigger mechanisms for each system connection at the same time. This is a warning to have the phpbb forum integrated the way it is.

Think eddie is a spam bot, it looks like his post is a weird mish-mash of what I wrote a few posts back, along with most of his other posts on this forum.

TF_devinclerkThe other thing to do is delete the cookies on the browser itself, this will force new session started.
