Rip off is a bit of a strong term. If you have an issue with an App, any App, it’s often fixed simply by deleting the App from your device and reinstalling it. Have you tried that? 😉

Also, have you tried contacting the developers and asking their advice? Or did you think that posting ‘rip off’ first was a constructive way of trying to solve a problem?

Hope this fixes the issue but if not, try contacting the developer – through iTunes. 🙂

Same problem, I brought pole fishing, and after reading the first couple of articles, tks now just a black screen, have brought a few issues off there and it’s been brilliant up unroll now

Not yet roger, weren’t sure if I’d lose the magazines I’d already purchased if I did that

I had already reloaded app and if you look at the app page it looks like others are having the same problem your right roger it might not be a rip off but I paid for something that doesn’t work

Yep constant crashes back to the homepage on mine.

It was fine before they incorporated it within news stand , I was even thinking of a subscription before this .

Whats wrong with just buying a magazine.

Sometimes technology can be taken too far

I’m glad Steve Jobs (RIP) and Bill Gates didn’t share the same philosophy.

What’s wrong with buying a magazine.

                        I’ll list a few things.

One – they cost a fortune to print and distribute.
Two – They are several weeks out of date from the moment they are printed due to lead times.
Three – You can’t fit a magazine in your pocket (unless they are particularly deep – ie you are from certain areas up north).

Good on whoever is pushing things forward for angling – it’s the way forward and I hope they make some money.
Teething problems are inevitable – but times have changed.
Proven by the fact my Mum (age starts with a 6) has asked for a Kindle for Christmas, what’s that all about she didn’t know how to use a mobile phone two years ago)
