        Hi all, does anyone have any info about this place? Fished in the summer but never in the winter.

          weather depending…but i should imagine 20-30lb on good pegs…usually on the point of the islands..rumour has it that you’ll need micros and a bit of fish meal ..some 4mm’s for hook and maggot perhaps caster if theres a few chub present but not loads half pint is more then enough..little and often can work.Have also know for chop to work on certain days slowly slowly catchy monkey… 😉

              well it fished well today, won with 16-10 on pellet and a bit of meat, 2nd had 15-14 (me) on pellet over gb, both weights either side of the bridge. A couple of 8lbs, 6’s and 5’s. very surprised we had bites straight away, as from talking to a few people in the cafe it’s been rock hard recently. a good start to 2012!
