Our hosts have been having issues and everyone is having this trouble. They are working to restore it as soon as possible. I can only apologise and hope you will try again as we have just loaded more stock to try and keep up with demand. If your order gets cancelled in the mean time , again I apologise but please do re-order.

Due to the hosts being hit by a DDOS attack, they have been working on upgrading security on the servers and as a consequence the script permissions on the server have been reset to defaults. This is causing the scripts to not run properly and they are being worked on to put the site back in operation as well as to preserve personal data security (not that it was at risk in the first place!).
We are working very closely with the hosts to get the site back up and running ASAP and in the meantime, I have disabled the online store until we are 100% it is OK.

After many hours of work over the weekend, the site now seems to be fully operational again, so we have reopened the store.

If you encounter any problems, please email [email protected] with the subject “Site Issues” and provide as much information about the error as possible including which web browser that you use and any error messages, and we will look into it ASAP.

I’ve just completed an order so it appears to be working correctly.
