Cracking fishing going on as water temperatures went to 17.4 deg on Monday, Then came the morning frosts and water temperatures drop to 9.8 deg with some great weights of fish being caught both pleasure of example Bob Hargreives from Newcastle on a day ticket took more than 120lb of carp, orfe. Skimmers and crucians with 4 tench as well on Lookout , and match weights of 54lb 10oz.

Bowes has had some good bream to 7lb 10oz by Ian Dixon and several large doubles of Carp, he also caught tench at 6lb 1oz, Ian tends to fish both early and late.

Norman Eaden has had several very busy days on Bassetts almost a fish a chuck with Ide, Orfe, Carp, Roach, Tench, skimmers and crucians his average half day produces more than 50 fish caught in a session. Great fishing out of the pond.
