            There are two lakes that are used for match fishing, Woodpeckers and Osprey. There are good stocks of fish in both and there are day tickets available most days though Sundays may have booked matches on them with odd matches taking place on other days.
            Unless you are disabled, there is a fair walk from the car park but it is on fairly level ground (eg not like Tylers).

            Warlingham & DAS have this season been fortunate enough to get use of the water Monday to Saturday for no extra charge – see http://www.warlingham-anglers.co.uk

            I have used this water in the past for coaching and it is reasonably easy to catch a variety of species
