        Hi,

        New to the forum but need some advice – I have a club match on here next week and could do with any advice anyone could give me, methods, baits, rigs, depth & width of the lake etc etc – any help would be really appreciated 🙂

          Hiya m8 ash is about 9ft deep with bars on most pegs between 14m an 17.5 mtrs u need to find these bars to target the carp , method with micros works bt its the ide shallow u wanna target for around 3 or 4 hours while ur bar line settle pellet on the bars with micro or 4mm feed an a 6mm expander is fine pegs 47 to 53 r generally best on the opens fish for the ide shallow between 6 n 13 mtrs with maggott or castor if u get end peg then meat in 2ft of water in the last hour will see carp to double figures good luck nick 🙂
