It’s very silty so using a feeder is not an ideal choice, because it’s silty think carefully about your plumbing weight a bb might be all you need. Fish dead depth and come off bottom, ping pellet and hope to draw the fish in and up, catch on the drop for those wary elusive crucians, meat in the margins for the tench and animals, if you draw near the monument bank pegs then be sure to have the right gear for the margins….I would suspect come Sunday the fish will not be taking a lot of notice in anything but each other.

There arent many lumps and not worth targeting, they hang out mostly around the island with the fallen tree in the water so only end pegs on each side can get to them.Best to go for tench to 4lb and brown goldfish(f1) to 3ib and the odd crucian should show.Try 4 or 6mm meat dusted in method mix for tench and 2+4mm pellett feed with pellet paste or corn for the rest.Only feed for 1 fish at a time or they will fizz in the silt and all youll get is liners.Good luck winner should get 25-35lb.Road side 11m lawn side 13m.Road side 3.5ft where stream comes in to 5ft by car park, lawn side 3ft by island to 4ft near outflow.

How many pegs on Misterton Hall – or rather how many anglers can you fit on comfortably?

Does anybody have the contact number for bookings?
