it was fishing hard, but i heard a big weight came out two weks ago while we had the warm weather off pe 90 ring ken the baliff 07740534891 it always come good later on once th waters warmed up fish pegs 85 upwards method long, bomb and pellet wag and keep feeding,hope this helps

If you don’t get to fish the higher numbered pegs…..the better ones…… try fishing the paste just past the rocks, about 8m, and feed loads of pellet over the top.
You won’t catch the mega bags but you’ll catch some of the lumps that patrol the edge.

Fished a match there a week back on tuesday and it was won with just ovewr 300lb all caught on the pellet waggler of peg 96.Second was 224lb of peg 99 with fish on waggler but most of fish on bomb at 10 meters feeding 8mm and fishing 11mm on hook.third was high 100lb again on pellet waggler and 4th 5th and 6th 100lb plus all on waggler.Will be there again this tuesday coming so can update again…….Water was up a few steps but could be up again with all this rain

Fished it today mate…Lake has come up 6 inche since sunday and was still rising whilst we were fishing…Cold wind blowing up the lake which didnt help…Match wa won with 169lb off peg 84…24 carp on the method at around 50 yards using 11mm pellet on hook….Second was peg 80…18 carp on pellet waggler for 139lb…..I was third on peg 94…..16 carp 10 on straight lead using 11mm pellet and another 6 late on ,on pellet waggler….Fourth was peg 90 …12 carp for 119lb….. Caught a few on pole some on pellet wag couple on bomb and couple on method……..Might be fishing better by thursday if the water warms up so fingers crossed for you
