Obviously didnt know that when I opted to buy a Sensas pole – l wanted something that didn’t snap under its own weight (like my Maver 501 did) or something that didn’t stick to my hands or comes apart every five minutes like a lot of people seem to moan about all the time on forums like this.
I did consider buying another brand of pole that everyone was raving on about however despite assurances by the rep (not his fault let down by the company he represented) about delivery times it never materialised – lucky for me then it seems like Sensas was a good choice regardless of where the rep lives, all about customer service at the end of the day and Sensas came up to the mark and exceeded my expectations together with a dealer who delivers what he promises.
