        On the news today, Tiger Woods complaining that the course was too hard. the rough was to rough. the bunkers too tricky. the fairways made you think from the tee shot.
        for goodness sake it is a championship event. it is supposed to be tough. may be he should go and play on the local pitch and put.

        would on of out top anglers complaining that the river wad flowing and deeper than 6 foot therefore not siutable for div. 1 national.

        am i the only one who thinks that he should grow op and play on or pack up and go home?

          It will be a true test, and the weather is improving over the weekend.
          With the rough so severe this is surely a big chance for Westwood because he drives the ball so straight…

            as ive often left the bank saying i was going to sell my tackle and buy some clubs maybe tiger should sell his clubs and take up fishing but then again maybe not if he s not up to a challange
            but realy i hope the wind blows a gale it makes it more interesting to see pros playing from awkwed spots and bad lies rather than rough that looks smoother than a snooker table

              i know my memory is really bad but i think i remember some years ago in the usa the greens were very wet and the ball had to be hit very hard with the putter just to send the ball a few feet.
              on the last night, after all the players had gone to bed, the grounds man put giant blowers on the green and dried them out. when the players got on the green they hit the ball hard, has they had on the previous days and the ball went miles i nearly wet myself. never enjoyed golf so much.

                It has rained almost every day for the last 2 months up here in the NW so it is no wonder Tiger and co are alarmed with the conditions for the Open , HOWEVER it has been WARM and SUNNY TODAY 😮 😮 😀 22 temps 😮 😮 with forecast of getting WARMER 😮 😮 cant believe it !!! 😮 😀 😮 😀
