        hi,
ive been fishing for about 2 years now, always used a pole and been doing ok, recently ive been struggling in the matches with the distances required to reach the fish, I am looking at buying a feeder rod , ive had a look around on the internet but finding it a nightmare with so many different reviews, I have around £50- £75 to spend and for that i’d like a rod and reel, i only fish commercials and need to cast no more than 30metres with light feeders, capable of handling carp up to 15 pounds but also as good with the silvers,so far i like the look of the Korum CS 10ft feeder, any help and advise would be much appreciated

thanks Anthony, would they be suitable for the conditons i mentioned?
in your opinion would it be better to invest a little more?
only ask because it took me 3 poles before i found the correct one which i wish i had bought originally. regards Dave.

As well as the shaky reel, the rods to match are good to. I would also recommend the rocket range from garbolino. Don’t worry about the price to much as these are ideal for the situation you describe, in fact plenty of people who could buy or even have more expensive rods use these by choice.

hi just been looking at the rocket feeder at North West Anglings web site, £27 for the 11ft version, what reel would you pair with it? i did consider the korum cs 10ft but there is a large differance in price between the two,

the 10ft rocket feeder may suit better as its two piece and easier to carry made up.
