        Hi all, I am thinking about going to Fleets dam in barnsley later this week, not fished it since i was a young lad so looking for a little info on whats the crack there these days. Cheers

          Like you I hadn’t fished it for ages, but I went a couple of times earlier this year.
          Method or bomb with pellet or meat seems to work best for carp, with a 10 metre line for skimmers, and carp if they turn up. Best pegs seem to be nearer the dam wall.
          The owner, Alan Hanson will put you right when he comes round for your ticket money.

            Park carefully, I have not been for ages but cars were being broken into so stopped going, ditto Worsbrough res.

                  cheers, i hope your right about the cars . friday it is for fleets dam fingers cross the weather and the fishing is ok.
