        looking to purchase a new pole when i get back from afghan and wondered if the sensas 844 is stronger than the 734?

        currently have a 734 and have had some big carp on it so don’t know if worth changing to the 844?

          Hi mate, i received my powermatch 844 today , its defo a stronger pole than the 734 (had one of those too) its not in the same league weIght wise as the top end poles and is a bit heavier but it is a heavy work pole for sure. its fine to 14.5m but does go a bit at 16. put a short 4 on it and its a whole different story….

          i know you posted a while ago but if your still thinking on one i think its a bargain at the price i paid!!

          currently £599 at ultimateangling.
