35 brave anglers turned up to an out of sorts flooded river Trent, made even worse with lots of rubbish coming down the river.
The winner for the third time was Paul Goulding who had a 9lb bream and two roach for a total of 9-15-0, Paul caught his fish on straight lead down the edge, from a peg in the little field of the old manvers stretch.
Second was Tony Barker, who had a bream and a roach on pole feeder for 2-1-0.

1st. Paul Goulging 9-15-0
2nd. Tony Barker 2-1-0
3rd. Ian Robbinson 2-0-0
4th, Mark Godfrey 1-6-0

I would like to thank everyone who turned up for a difficult match, which also raised £320 for the cancer ward at the Nottingham city hospital where my dad and Steve was treated.
