Im looking for a new match reel and was considering the new Shimano but i have heard the bailarm is a bit flimsy. Has anyone used both of the above and can advise? cheers

i’d go for the shimano everytime, I’ve got 5 shimano stradics and 4 daiwa tdx’s i would gladly sell the tdx’s tomorrow and buy the shimano’s

I like the idea of the new aero feeder reels especially the 1m retrieve because of the high gear ratio. Might get rid of my Daiwa 4000’s yet.

get the shimano 4000 for feeder work get the technium match monofilament line witch is low dimeter , then get some technium fc 3000 for the wagler rod best reels by fare and for the money then you can sell the rest well the price is good for them
