Garbolino – Sorry for the wait, so have a day’s coaching on us!

Garbolino has recently been bought out by French Tackle Company SERT, market leaders in many types of fishing in France. SERT have bought Garbolino in order to strengthen their Match/pleasure fishing presence and the move was welcomed by Garbolino UK General Manager and top UK international angler Darren Cox:-
“I am delighted to join SERT along with Garbolino and am really excited about the future of the business in the UK. This move will help us develop lots more products in future. We still have the pole factory and all their technology available to us in France which is very important to stay one step ahead of the brands who buy from China.
But as with all big changes in business there is some upheaval and we are conscious that anglers may have had to wait too long recently for some products, especially spare parts as we have had to move the whole business 4 hours away. As a gesture of goodwill and to let those anglers know we value their custom, we are offering anyone who has had spare parts on order longer than three weeks a free days coaching. All they have to do is contact the retailer where the parts are/were on order and ask the retailer to forward their name, address, along with the part(s) ordered to Garbolino. We will send that angler an invite to attend a Garbolino Angling Academy day where our star anglers will be on hand to help them improve their skills and also have a great day. This is proof that we care about our existing customers and not just new ones! Business is back to normal now so most parts should be available quickly in future”.
