  How come all commercials have a couple mouthy, gobby anglers that seem to give their opinion on everything even when they’re on the other side of the lake!!!!
  They seem to be the ones that start the bans and in some cases try and start new bans if someone wins a few!!!
  They always seem to be the crap anglers that dont win, but turn up every match, experts at everything but dont have a daytime job!!!!!!
  I still cant see how they afford it!!
  Matchfishing would be so much nicer without them… 🙂

  Punchmeat I couldn’t agree more, there called pathetic people mate they are pathetic ! I sat on a match a few weeks ago and some guy was getting ribbed for having good tackle I think a lot of its intentional to put people off catching.its only a minority mind but they are pathetic morons!

  As you say punchmeat everywhere has anglers like this.
  I have joined Mallory and enjoy the peace and quiet often with lakes to myself.
  Many commercials have a lot of pegs frankly I dont want to fish, the mouth pieces just make these bad draws even worse.Hence my choice, I sugest you do likewise.

  No Glebe1 I have not, but Roy often sits behind me and I get to hear the crack. You wont find me joining these matches anytime soon!!
  I think every commy or club is the same with mouth pieces and gun loaders, some love it I hate it.

  Banters all part and parcel of matchfishing in my opinion,
  even the crack lads like to chuck it about at times aswell !
  i do know what you mean though mate,, some half wit telling you your doing it wrong when your sat there bagging and he’s doing sod all ! :rolleyes:

  I know where your coming from punch meat, but the knobs I’ve met are the same on every venue they fish. Fortunately I don’t fish against them too often.

  Match fishing is all about crack/banter imo,but it can be a bit annoying when your pegged next to a gobby b######d whos shouting across the pool all day, but then again i dont seem to notice if im catchin lol.

  If you notice the verbal diarrhoea brigade need an audience too, if there not in the vacinity of their mates then their generally quite pleasant.

  We have a couple of mouthy blokes our way but the rest of us turn it round and take the piss amongest if you’re sitting near them because otherwise you get ear ache! Generally these people catch sweet FA so we have the last laugh. Good banter most of the time.
