  First four days have been posted on News -Reel Friday..
  I think James Hawkins won it from what I can gather on MFS
  Don’t forget Kirsty has left now! let the new be settle in!
  Today is the first day for holiday makers so they will have had a busy day today after the festival. :confused:

  I,ve never seen the result on a Friday evening from W/As, Ant. Results are never fully known until the prize giving at 9pm at W/As. Kirsty then use to put the full results up just after 10pm at W/As for the anglers to look at. Then, she might up date the Newsreel site later on in the following week. Sometimes it was weeks before the full result was available for some festivals on the internet. We always get the Preston festival top 24 late on Friday evening because of the Parkdeans final on the following day.
  
  A few years ago. I had to wait until after the prize giving to find out if i had qualified for the Preston festival the following week. So, 10.30ish before i knew if i was staying or going home the following morning.
  
  Festivals like the gold winners festival results in some years are not even on Newsreel. Never mind on forums like this one!

  Must be my mistake then I thought we used to get a top ten on here, I know the news reel takes ages to update, nevermind this was not a dig I was just keen to know who had made the top 10

  It always took a couple of days to update newsreel with a full write up but a summary result was listed on here within 24 hours by Kirsty.

  The top 20 is a bit light on the usual names, I guess the weather means fish are tightly shoaled up and if you are not on them there isnt much you can do.
