  In East Anglia It has been 4 here all day at least once it struggled to those heights. The wind is 35 kph and NNE. Tomorrows high is likely to be 3 with snow showers.
  
  Make the most of it lads turning colder again before it turns to spring!

  Still string north eastly wind here in oxford…Heavy frost this morning and been cold in the wind all day…More frost to come so dont think spring is here just yet

  Its getting better as the days go by. 6 degrees today and 0 over night. Not to bad when in the sun and out of the wind. 7 degrees Thursday and 1 degree over night. 8 degrees on friday and the wind is expected to finally switch from coming from the East to a westerly by Saturday with very light winds in Liverpool. Spring is on its way!

  Pond iced over and and light snow covering the car, trees, gras etc earlier this morning. The forecast is for it to finally warm up a little at the weekend.

  They just said on talk sport that it was starting to snow in London. Doesn’t often do that in April.

  You’ll know it’s spring when instead of very cold and dry the weather becomes less cold and very wet.

  we were ice breaking last Sunday at Tyler’s common, this week the lads are at colemans cottage practising!!!! and will probably be ice breaking again, snowing in Enfield at the mo

  Got up this morning and the pond was frozen and ice on the car…Been trying to snow all day, strong north eastly wind and it feels like its below freezing…If this is spring i hate to think what summer is going to be like

  Just back from a visit to Germany and its the same there, 10 degrees colder than normal and has been pretty much like it since the end of October.
  No end in sight. As said above just watch it warm up and throw it down.

  Sunday is going to be a balmy 10 degrees and mild weather is arriving from the west country, should be good for the vets festival at Stafford moor next week, good news for us southerners unfortunately it going to remain bitterly cold in the midlands and up north, still it’s always been grim up north so there’s no change there lol
  
  I reckon they’ll still be ice breaking in June lol
  
  still thee can always spend time trapping rabbits instead of fishing? ferrets will keep um warm on the really cold days and nights

  Another frost here this morning….Ice at Earlswood where there was 2 matches …7 fished one bank and all blanked …18 fished other bank and they all blanked ….This cant be down to the weather surely

  -5 here yesterday morning the coldest it has been here for a little while. But by lunch time it had warmed up nicely at Lawn Farm. Maybe spring is just round the corner although I did hear on Fishermans Blues Saturday that a road was still shut through snow!
  
  Update Mon 4th April 11.15 talksport travel news. The road is still blocked by snow!
