        Been looking at new pole narrowed it down to 3 need it as an allrounder.

        Daiwa XR4
        Garbolino maxim competition 500
        Preston GXR 1600

        Anyone own 1 of these how do they perform any advice appreciated.

            Have a look at the Tricast range. They are made in England & are the highest quality. After sales & spares/replacements second to none.

              must admit when i went to a pole alley the tricast felt the best out of all the poles by a mile

                Thats probably because they now start at around £1500 the poles you mention are considerably less in price?
