I asked some advice on a new pole recently. Just an update. I bought an airity; top kits from my old poles fitted and resale is good.

To be honest it is stiffer past 12.7m than my spectron. but the spectron is slimmer .lighter and generally easier to use apart from at 16m ( due to bounce ).

Is it worth the extra?, i am not sure time will tell. I did look at the browning but my
friends have suffered breakages and gone back to their daiwa’s. Never got to see maps and the tourney x seemed good but I never really looked at it.
