Unfortunately they are not the easiest to get in contact with and then there’s the whole debate about retailer / Manufacturer ownership of the problem.
That’s before you even start debating how long you have had it, how many times you have used it, fair wear and tear etc
I had a long running problem with a pair of the blue boots with them……eventually they did replace them with some korum green ones, but it was painfully difficult and i can’t be ar..d for £10, I’ll just avoid in future.
Don’t get me wrong some of their gear is excellent, but some is pants IMO……not sure they test rigoursly enough or QC as much as the likes of Drennan
