        Grafham Water
        Fish week 591 (season 21,647) Returns 181(4,759) Rod average 3.26 (4.54)
Recent weather conditions have been favourable and the fishing at Grafham has improved, reflected in the rod average of 3.26. The vast majority of trout have been caught in the top three feet of the water.

Once again the bank anglers have had the best of the sport with the South Dam giving the most consistent angling. However, Hill Farm, Hedge End, Deep Water Point, the Seat and G buoy have also produced some good sport at times. The most successful method for the bank anglers has been to fish floating lines with GRHE, shrimp patterns, diawl bachs, damsel nymphs, claret hoppers and small cats whiskers.

Boat anglers have also had some good sport this week from most areas on the reservoir with A,I and Q Buoys producing the most consistent results. Generally, by fishing slow intermediate lines with cats whisker or tequila blob, booby, Fabs, claret hoppers, cormorants, damsel nymphs, diawl bachs and soldier palmers pulled through the surface the fish can be encouraged to take.
