Ringstead reports are as follows:

Gene Robinson from Raunds had the largest fish of the week, weighing in at 4 1/2 lbs.

Kelvin Burton from Burton Latimer had an Evening Ticket with a limit of 3 at 2 1/2 lbs.

Philip Baun from Uppingham had a great day with catches of 2 1/2 pounders.

Paul Shephard from Bedford went away happy with his fish weighing 2 1/2 lbs a piece.

Best Areas:

Sand Bank, Addington Road, Willlow Bay.

Best Flies:

Cruncher, Daddy Long Legs and Black Buzzer.

Double stocking has taken place with some good double figures going in. Fishing is now improving with the cooler conditions arriving with the lake being crystal clear.
