Thought I’d give the pole ago for the 1st time a few months back and enjoyed it. I bought a couple of cheap cheap poles off a lad at work, my favourite is the little margin white knuckle one!

Anyway, I’m looking to buy something a little better. Not got a lot to spend as I cannot justify more gear to the misses plus the mortgage still needs paying 🙂

I’ve got £150ish to spend.

I’m hoping to find a decent used pole in good condition with a few tops already elasticated and and extras will be welcomed with open arms 😀

I’ve been steered towards a map but recommendations are also welcome.

I’m not over fussed about the length. Anywhere between 11 and 16 is fine.

I don’t know enough (well anything really!) about the weight etc so I’ll just have to hope the one I buy is ok.

I’m in the Rochdale/Manchester area but I’ll drive an hour for the right one.
