Ringstead Grange had a nice amount of Anglers turn up for pike fishing at the weekend.

Lee Rodwell from Spalding, had a 13lb 7oz and Gary Banbrick from Northampton, had a 10lb 13oz on a 6″ lures.

Large pike have been seen weighing over 20lbs.

Bank fishing for trout, only allowed at weekends, saw a lovely 5lb Brown caught and was carefully returned to see another day.

Ringsteads’ Open Day is the 28th Feb 15 and the last day for both pike and trout fishing is 22nd Feb 15. (Friday, Saturday and Sundays only).
