Ringstead had a changeable week weather wise, but good catches being caught.

Neville Silver (Godmanchester) had a good fish at 6lbs and 3 at 3 1/2 lb. Total caught 26 fish

Dave Boden (Rushden) released a 6 1/4 pounder.

Bill Callaway (Bedford) had a good day catching 5 for 14 lb plus 4 released.

The float tubers enjoyed their Saturday with 10 of them all catching.

Steve Frakes (Chesterfield) 5 for 14 lb.

Dave Carrie (Preston) 5lb 2oz fish released also caught a further 5 for 13 lbs.

Darren Lee (Sussex) 5 for 13 lbs.

Andre Russell (Leicester) 5 for 12 3/4 lb.

Brian Heade (Preston) 5 for 12 lb.

The water at RIngstead is very clear with no weed problem.

Willow Bay, Addington Road and Mill Corner.

Best Flies:

Buzzer with Black red or white cheek, Diawl Back red and neon, Pheasant Tail, Bloodworm, Foam Tail Blob orange/green.
