39 competitors fished the Angling Trust and Canal & River Trust Stillwater Championship qualifier at Boddington Reservoir on Wednesday 20th May 2015.
The top weight came from peg 13 on the dam wall – a lucky draw for Jamie Hughes (MAP & Bag em baits) who weighed in 50.98 kg.
Jamie caught 13 fish in total. 3 on the method feeder at 90 metres in the first two hours. This was followed by a change in tactics resulting in 8 fish on the bomb and pellet, with his last 2 fish falling to waggler in the remaining 3 hours.
The top pegs were in the 90’s plus and produced a top weight of 42.74 kg for Jonathon Slocket.
