        Hi fellow anglers,

Can i get some advice on bait brollies please. I use a Preston box with the mega side tray, and I’ve heard that the Preston brolly is too small to cover this type of tray.

I like the idea of the Preston one because it comes with the brolly arm. I haven’t actually looked at any in person so was after your thoughts on the most ideal one.

Sensas, Maver, Rive ect. I would of thought Drennan would of produced one by now.

Any advice on practically, strength and size on these items will be much appreciated.

        Many thanks.,

          Hi,

I see there’s been a few views but no advice as yet. In a nutshell does anyone use the Preston bait brolly with the mega side tray? If it covers half to 3/4 of the tray it’s something.

It’s looking more likely i’ll go for the Preston just because of the brolly arm supplied and it looks sturdy enough.

          Any advice still much appreciated.

          Thank you.

I’ve got a Preston platform that i use as a side tray.

I have two Preston bait brollies with short brackets that I fit to it, and it’s excellent.

I can set them in all manner of configurations, and they keep all the Important stuff dry.

Thirty odd quid each, and I can’t fault them.

I also have a Rive XL side tray with a pram hood, but I rarely take it out.

              Hi kagger TNB,

Thank you for your reply. I’m still at a bit of a loss regarding the ideal one, so i’ll go and have a look at a couple.

              Thank you for time.

Hi mate, another vote for the Preston bait brolley, good size, and reasonably priced, also not bad quality either.
